I was sent this offer in the mail, stating that I had won the Mega Lottery (Euro Millones). this is the 2nd letter that I have received for this same lottery winnings. If not claimed, it will be returned to the Ministry of Economy as unclaimed funds. this letter actually came from Madrid Spain from a Rios Rosas 01134631070812, which is also the number to call to collect your winnings.

I received a final award notification regarding the Mega Lottery Picker 2016 Draw. I won in the 3rd category and been approved the winner for a lump sum pay out of $3,500,000.00 tax free. Participants were selected through a computer ballot system. The program was designed and promoted by EU with collaboration of the US government. In order to proceed, this information must be kept away from the public to avoid unwarranted abuse of the program. 5% of the winnings belongs to Allied Securities because they are the promotion company. All winnings must be claimed no later than 6/30/2016.
