Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I was online searching for a loan. I filled out an application online. The company called my landline. The caller was Dan Smith with Express Loan of America. He had an accent. The number in my caller ID was 786-401-9251. He said I was approved for a $6500 loan with nine percent interest. Twenty eight months. $ 249 month. I wanted the money to buy a car. Told me I needed to by a Goggle Play Card for $247. He said I could buy them anywhere. Told me I needed to do this to up my credit score. I purchased two Google Play Cards at Giant Eagle. $249 and $349.56. Total $ 596.56. I called him when I purchased the cards. I read the numbers I scratched off the back. After I did that he wanted another $344. I was on the phone with him the entire time. He said something went wrong with the wire transfer. He would have to send the money wire transfer. Would cost me $344 more. I realized at this point it was a scam. I told him this was a scam. He told me my application had been denied. I told him I wanted my money back. He said there are certain steps to get my money back. He became angry.
