This dealership advertises that they approve everyone no matter what. We had a challenging circumstance so we took up their offer out of good faith. Only to discover how exactly they get people approved. We filled out our applications to the best of our ability and truthful. By the time we were about to drive off, they gave my husband a piece of paper with handwritten info on what to say in regards to employment and for him to not worry about the pay stubs, they will take care of it. We felt funny but the deal was made and signed so we left. Two months in to the loan, the bank recalls the loan and we are notified by the dealer that they denied it and we need to come back to sign a new contract with a different bank. It took so long for them to get this deal with a new bank. Finally almost a month later the dealer tells us that the first payment is due the next day and that it is to be paid to the dealer and our payments are due the 25th of every month moving forward with the new bank. We let them know we will be paying late by the weekend. The man said it was fine. It’s 9/30, five days from the due date and the dealer ordered for a repossession of our car telling us the only way to get it back is to pay off the car. This place is a scam. They took $2500 from us and entered false info on my husband’s info and then unlawfully repossessed the car. Not to mention the car being a lemon and us having to spend nearly $2000 on the car within 3 months of having it. Now my family is out of money and a vehicle.
