I was in Matzaltan Mexico and offered to purchase Grand Club Premier with agreement that they would buy my timeshare from *** Vacations for $180,000 and the sale would cover the cost of the balanced owed of $15,000 (I paid total of 49,000.00 for this travel club membership but without the $15,000 paid from sale i own nothing. So out of $34,000 and Elite Escrow initially told me I had to wire more money for Surety Bond but when I spoke with my bank it was discovered there is no company Elite Escrow Inc….nor is there a Grand Club Premier. So scammed by both companies. Grand Club Premier lists their registered office at Canal Plaza #500 Portland ME 04101. My agreement contract was dated 2/4/2018 and I have had no contact from Grand Club Premier and cannot locate them.
