Type of a scam Travel/Vacations

This began as a telephone marketing from a company called Quickbeds, looking to purchase our timeshare in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. They offered a price not far off from our initial investment, and I decided to pursue it further, including a counter offer to their original proposal. That led to Quickbeds advising me they would engage with a legal firm "in my local area", which is in Colorado. By this point, I’d been able to do more research on Quickbeds regarding their purchasing other similar timeshares, with absolutely nothing found on internet, other than for rentals available.

ERIC H. ANDERSON LAW GROUP was the legal firm engaged by Quickbeds, they then sent a contract to me, which would require me to supply them with some personal information, such as banking details (not social security number), which I will not provide. No money has been exchanged.

I cannot confirm 100% this is a scam, but NOTHING about what I’ve investigated leads me to believe this is anything other than a scam, whether it be internet searches for Quickbeds or ERIC H. ANDERSON LAW GROUP, Facebook, Linkedin, etc. There are no direct phone numbers for you to contact, other than 1-888 type numbers, with no direct contact to anyone.
