They called and said my computer was infected and needed to be cleaned. I didn’t to much about it they didn’t really quoate a price until they had provided the service. They told me that I also needed a program to keep my computer running I argued that I didn’t have the money for it and they wanted to know how i could afford the first price. Then they said we could change the program and get second the second program i tried to explain what they had done so instead of 587.99 it would change to 400.00 so I bought the second deal. Then a week ago the original company called wanting the original amount. I tried too explain what happened. Now they are checking it out on their end but I still have to pay them.
