This is a threatening email. I have never done business with this company. They give no reason (valid or not) for me to owe them this money. They have my social security number somehow. There isn’t even a signature name, phone number, or address on the email. I can find no reliable information on the company, although I did find many complaints against them and similarly named companies. Additionally, the embedded email address appears to be fraudulent.
I am not sending pics, it would require 3 pics. I copy&pasted the email below.

Name: ***S.S.N:
City: HIGDEN
State: AR
Zip: 72067
OBJECT: 2-DAY NOTICE BEFORE COLLECTION ON DELINQUENT ACCOUNT
Dear:*** I realize you haven’t reacted to my previous notices concerning your account. I have written to you quite a few times over the past 11 months requesting an explanation on why you have failed to bring your account with us current. Including the interests, the amount due is now $1280.00.
Unfortunately, by ignoring these warnings you are damaging the excellent credit record you had previously maintained with Empire Credit Recovery Services. In addition, you are incurring additional expenses to yourself and to us.
I hate to engage in that process but unless you communicate with us within 2 days, I will have no other choice but to turn your account over for collection. I am sorry that we are about to take such a drastic action but I am afraid you leave us no alternative. You can preserve your credit rating by remitting your check today for the amount stated above.
Sincerely,

I was contacted as a final warning via emails from an individual claiming to be from a company called Empire Credit Recovery Services. No individual name, number or address was provided. The person is claiming to collect a non existing debt. They have some of my personal information. When I requested their name, address and phone number, I received a reply from a totally different email without the information requested. I have already filed a complaint with the FTC and have put a freeze on my reports. Scamatry is running amuck in current day cyber society. This is my stand to counter it. The email addresses I have received correspondence from were [email protected] and [email protected]
