I hooked my printer up to my new computer and couldn’t get it to connect. I looked up Epson Printer contact numbers and came across this number. When I called they asked to get into my computer so they could fix the issue. I let them into my computer and they said that I had issues from a long time ago and that I would have to pay *** to fix it. I told them I wasn’t going to pay them and they got hostile and angry. My computer is very slow and sometimes when I log in the cursor won’t even show up.
