The paper is pink. It says that they have contacted me multiple times because my car’s factory warranty is either expired or about to expire. It also says this will be their only attempt to contact me. So which is it – they’ve contacted me many times, or this will be their only attempt to contact me? Ha! Also they got the year wrong on my car and only had the make, not the model. It also says "Repair Invoice Enclosed". On the back it has a previous balance of $0.00 and at the bottom it says I owe $12,914.75 and gives dates in 2014 and 2015 of services that were supposedly performed. I can assure you that they were not, and that everything that has been done to my car has already been paid for. When I called to have my name and address removed from their system, I also asked where they got my information. The guy said he had no idea because he was just in the call center to sign people up for their services lol. I told him twice that his company was being reported for spamming and scamming.
