Turn my computer on I message was popping up that my keyboard have been locked and I needed to call this number and spoke with someone then they transferred me to a technician and I gave them permission to fix my computer and they charged me $100 everyone that I spoke to had a foreign accent One of them was David Parker the other one the technician was Michael Colfield. I do believe this was a scam please do not call that number contact someone with computer experience they found out what you need to do
