I was working on the computer when it was taken over by someone. They said it was Microsoft and they had a problem with windows 10! In order to fix the problem I had to buy a protection plan. My computer was frozen and making lots of bad noises. Because this was a work computer I paniced and gave them my credit card number. They took approximately $500.00. I had to notify my bank, credit cards, change my e-mail address etc. They even called me today to see how they could further help me. I can’t believe I fell for it.
