Element Vape of California has refused to issue $120+ back to my account after many attempts. I did and do not wish to use their products and services and have not gained anything from them. I’ve received nothing but auto reply emails from their system. I’ve been attempting this well into 2 weeks a of 5/10/2016 0800 E.S.T.
