I received an email asking me to take a survey for Costco. Once I completed the survey, a message was received stating that the survey taker could choose a gift. Once I chose a gift, the survey encouraged me to hit the continue bar. However, before I could hit the continue bar, the survey showed additional items that other survey takers had liked. There were no other options, the next step was to hit the continue button. This happened on several pages. Once I had hit the complete button, there was no other information. The survey just said thank you for taking our survey. The next day there was a charge on my bank account for several items. These were the suggested items from the survey. I did not say I wanted these things….they just added them to my gift request and charged me for them. When I called the company to complain, they stated they would give me a discount to keep the items. I told them I did not want the items I wanted my money back. They stated they could only give me a 45% refund on the items I purchased. I did not purchase anything…..as far as I am concerned this is fraud!
