They called my sister that if I didn’t call them back, I would be served paperwork to go to court for check fraud. When I called with the claim number given 113216, person knew my full social security number, date of birth, who I banked with and the last four of my bank account number. The lady who answered said that I have a debt from ace cash advance and if not paid I would be served paperwork to go to court. She said do you have all money, if not I will transfer you to a case manager. She did. His name was Louis, he yelled stating that I have an outstanding balance of 3650, that if I could pay in 2 payments or do a payment plan, all he would need is a valid form of payment. I said I couldn’t, then he said at least 100 to start a payment plan. I said no, he started yelling saying obviously you don’t care to go to court, and you will be served papers. I said I have not received prior notification and he said doesn’t matter, you knew you owe the money. Then he said fine I will see you in court and hang up the phone.
