Lawrence Fred says he is agent working for HHS said I had been awarded 90.000 dollars in Goverment Grant I just had to pay fee with ITunes card send over phone I did that and first it was a wreck where money was confiscated, then I had to pay another fee and then Fedx tole package, the FBI had package! Then I had to pay fee before they would deliver my package. Then they sent picture of package. Then it was given to another person who was a Lady had it in her office.by the name of Margaret Roark. She was supposedly ahead of HHS. Telephone is a Nashville number. 6154161379. Lawrence Fred keeps texting asking for 1999.00 more dollars to get my package. I told him I did not have anymore money. They refuse to send my money back or send me package. I have all proof with pictures of certificates, package, winning certificate. I can copy and scan if I need to send it. Please help stop theses scammers. I am 71 years old live on fixed income been scammed out of $3750.00 dollars.
