I purchased ap pair of mittens, was charged $23.00 i stead of tbe indicated price of $16.98. I have made several attempts to contact the seller, SpecialStar Top, with no response, and have received no tracking information or merchandise. The email is invalid, and below I have attached the only correspondence I have , though the website is still up and running.
