I received a suspicious letter from the Employment Development Department for the state of California. They are offering pandemic unemployment assistance. $600 month. Request drivers license or picture ID or passport. My Social Security number is on mailing. They sent a bank card from Bank of America. I live in Ohio why would they send this to me.
