I was told by a friend my name was on a winners list for a lottery he saw on facebook. The address for this lottery was ELMSHEALTHCARES.COM.This took me to a site that said congratulations for winning and asked for some very basic information. Name, address, phone, etc.no bank, social security or other personal info. I was instructed to wait while my info was being processed and I would hear from someone shortly. I was sent a text message with a bank account number, security number, pin number, and instructions how to transfer funds to my bank when I wanted to. The amount I won is over $77,000.00. however,to access these funds I have to submit $1,700.00. The winnings are being held in an offshore account. That email is gtoffshorefinance.com. I can find nothing good or bad on any of this.
the same happended to me but i had to pay a lot of money to get to the winning of
GBP 131.000 and never saw a penny. Now the winning has increased to GBP 180.000 but with a different mailaddress. It used to be gtoffshorefinance.com and now is gtoffshore-finance.com
