Type of a scam Other
My dog passed away in September 2017, and I seeked Laura Bryce’s services on 3/29/18 to help me communicate with my deceased pet. After spending 50 minutes on the phone with her on my reading, she was very inaccurate and was making very general comments about dogs. I didn’t feel as if she was authentic and genuine. Laura was clearly faking that she was connecting with my deceased dog; she wasn’t really a gifted animal medium.
When I had mentioned this to her, she made odd excuses, like her printer broke and couldn’t print out the pictures of my dog that I had sent to her. Therefore, that’s why she couldn’t connect with him. She agreed to give me a partial refund of $40.
After my 4 follow up attempts to request my partial refund within 3 weeks, she refused to give me a refund. I was scammed and paid for services that I didn’t receive.
