I paid on their website for a book that was an ebook and told I’d get a download in my email. I went to the email and there was a message that my payment via cash app was accepted by a Dusti Griffin in Rio Rancho, NM got my payment for the book. I could not contact her as I tried to find out why the link that they sent my email through their ‘bogus’ company did not work. It gave me a google 403 error which says you don’t have access to that info and that there is no way to correct it you need to contact the person who sent the link. I responded to their email, sent email from their website and texted and called the number provided for customer support, however that number says it is no longer in service and the address of the company is Georgia but the person who got my money is in NM. They have not responded to texts, emails and their phone is out of service. Please do not allow them to do this to others world wide. Thank you.
