Total money lost $850
Type of a scam Other
I recently purchased a tea cup Pomeranian from a website. The name of the website was evertinypomerians.us. I saw a puppy that I was interested in and the seller asked to me to send him $850.00 using Moneygram. He insisted that it had to be cash pick up. Once he received the money he sent me a text message that he needed time to get the paperwork done for the puppy to be delivered with a nanny on board straight to my doorstep. He told me the puppy will arrive the next day at 6pm. I waited that day and then I received a email from a company called Service Fidelity Express that the puppy could not go through customs because the wanted me to pay $990 for insurance policy. I told them I’m not paying. After going through the stress and the pain, I realized the whole thing was a scam.
