Pomeranian Puppy named “Stacey”, herein after referred to as (“Dog”), born on April, 5th, 2020 as advertised and photographed on the website https:// handpickedpomeranian.com from Evan Aden, herein after referred to as (“Seller”) with the following:
WARRANTIES
(I) Dog have been OFA certified in her hips and elbows.
(2) Dogs eyes is CERF cleared.
(3) Dog have been issued a written Health Warranty attesting to the above.
(4) Dog have been properly dewormed at ages 2, 4, 6 and 8weeks.
(5) Dog have received her distemper, measles and parainfluenza vaccine at age
6-8 weeks OR its DHPP (distemper, adenovirus, parainflenza and
parvovirus) Vaccination as age 8 weeks.
(6) Dog will be transported to Buyer from Seller by air transport in a IATA
compliant pet crate. The Dog will be delivered to Buyer’s home address

(7) Dog is microchipped
(8) Seller is the true and legal owner of Dog.
(9) Dog is sold free of any claims or liens.
