Type of a scam Online Purchase
I emailed the company to ensure they really had the part I needed. Got a reply that the part was "in hand and ready to ship". Paid and got a confirmation email right away stating the part would ship "within 5 business days, but usually sooner." Also stated "Contact us and we will reply by the next business day." So after 5 business days without a shipping email with tracking number I contacted E Parts Land by email and phone asking why it hadn’t shipped. No reply, and the phone number doesn’t seem to work as nobody ever answers it, and it goes to voicemail. After a few more days of trying without luck to speak to epartsland or get a reply I started a refund request on PayPal; for not receiving the item 10 days after paying and then being ignored. PayPal contacted the seller 4 times. PayPal stated that on the 27th they would issue my full refund of $239.99 as the seller hadn’t replied to them either or shipped anything. On the 25th a Tracking number appeared. Nothing else, no apology for the delay or lack of responses. Also nothing actually got ‘shipped out’! nothing handed over to USPS. Just a label created. 3 days later without anything getting ‘Shipped’ and no other reply from epartsland.com PayPal issued my refund.
