This company advertise a sale via Instagram Ads. The company appeared to be a fitness clothing retailer. I had been shopping for workout pants recently. I assume that because of my browsing history when searching for jogger workout pants, this company was able to target my as the type of consumer that would be interested in their product. After seeing the ad, I clicked through to the website https://www.elitepharmfitness.com/. There I chose 2 styles of workout pants and placed them in a cart. After going to checkout I was directed to a 3rd party payment site known as Authorize.net. After entering my card info and processing payment for the order I received a confirmation email. The email directed me to track my order. In order to do so I had to download a 3rd party app known as Arrive.
After about a week of no info on shipping I emailed support at [email protected]
The response I received was:
"Hello
I’d be happy to assist.
Our apologies for the delay in response. Due to our recent flash sale we have experienced an influx of orders which has caused us to run low on stock of our popular $18.95 joggers.
Currently we are awaiting a new shipment of joggers to our US warehouse, which should be arriving within the next 7-9 days. Once the shipment arrives, we will ship your order immediately and it should arrive within 2-3 days after being shipped. This means that you would receive your joggers approximately 10-12 days from today. Please let us know if this delivery time frame is acceptable. Alternatively, if this shipment time is too long please let us know and we would be more than happy to refund your order in full. We are working diligently to get your order to you as soon as possible 🙂
Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
Respectfully,
ELE"
Two weeks later I reached out because I had not heard anything about shipping and had not received anything. I got not further communication from the company. I have sent several emails since. Still nothing.
After a quick internet search I found that other consumers had gone through this same experience and were all victims as well. There is not true Elite Pharm Clothing Company and they do not have and products.

An instagram ad From “elitepharm clothing company” Said they were selling sweatpants online. I spent $134 to get them. A month went by and I never received anything. I tried contacting them and they only have email. Anytime I got a response when I asked for a refund, it was an automated message from “Ellen” saying the same thing. I just want to warn other people. It has been almost 3 months now. I’ve never been scammed online in my life until now. The receiving contact wasn’t elitepharm or the gym rat co that was listed on the bank statement.
