I ordered a bracelet from this USA made store on November 1 .received a confirmation email and an order number…no merchandise, I get email stating oh sorry and we will include a complimentary necklace, but no tracking, no phone number …no product . I want my money back and I want them shut down . They advertise on Facebook , several similar products under different company fake names . I have an email paper trail for 21/2 months . I am furious .
