My customers husband was contacted by Lexington to consolidate loans. Customer then was contacted by them to make a payment of $148 in which she authorized at the time thinking it was a prearranged agreement. Lexington was suppose to contact her payday loans to figure out payment arrangement but did not. She feels she shouldn’t pay for services that she didn’t receive. She then asked for a refund. They told her that was impossible. I asked customer to call Lexington while she was here. She called them and was transferred to accounting. She asked for a refund. Man asked why she didn’t want there services. She said they didn’t do what they said they were going to do. He asked her to repeat herself. She did. He then called her smart [censored]! When confronted about the name calling he told her she was stupid and didn’t know what she was talking about! He said he will put the refund info on his bosses desk. She asked when she would hear from his boss he said he didn’t know he was on a break. Then he told her she was stupid for not using there services and they are the good guys not the bad guys, my customer hung up on him.
