Our office received a collection notice from Legal Recovery Service stating the original creditor was Pinnacle Medical Supply located at 11816 Inwood Road, Suite 1204, Dallas, TX 75244. It stated was had ordered a 3000 Pak of Sanitizing Skin Wipes on a date our office was closed. It also stated the item was delivered also on a date that our office was closed. We have never ordered from a company by name of Pinnacle Medical Supply, nor have we ever ordered sanitizing skin wipes.

Letter arrived saying we are owed a large sum of money and that we would pay the service 20% once we recieve a check. Asked for basic information to initiate process. Stated on the letter an A+ BBB rating which is not true.

I received a letter as FUNDS OWED. With my minor child’s name.
It says they will recover monies( CD) and say Reporting Company State of Texas. I did call the bank to verify funds were not touched.
It says REFUNDS/CREDIT DUE OWNER.
They are basically offering to collect monies on an account that actually exists and they have my daughters name. She is a minor and this concerns me greatly.
