We contacted Lance Walter to buy a puppy from Lovelyhavanesehome. Lance Walter is the owner of Lovelyhavanesehome.
We agreed to purchase a puppy from him for $600.00 shipping included. We signed a contract and paid vial Money Gram directly the price. The puppy should be shipped to us on December 8, 2018 via a delivery agency. The delivery agency contacted us and advised the box for transport need to be replaced for a thermal box ($800.00-$1,200.00). We contacted Lance Walter and advised we cannot pay this he advised it is just a deposit we get is back. We told him we cannot pay and he has to pay it. He advised directly he has only $200.00. If we wouldn’t pay the puppy will be destroyed or goes into a shelter. We told him that we want our money back and he said he will do this within 30 days. He doesn’t answer anymore his phone.
