Deputy Director Nicole Fletcher from logistics collections called using "private number" and claimed I owed a bill from light bulbs purchased in 2012 from disabled veterans of an amount of $617.40. Gave me a phone number to verify of 909-886-6699. Where I got an answering machine of her voice. I did purchase light bulbs however I’m sure I paid for them.
