Type of a scam Tech Support
Email sent to my mother in Franklin TN with a link, she clicked it, and a pop up said Virus detected please call this number. She did not give credit card, but she did have them do remote access to computer. A LogMeInRescue icon was placed on her computer. August 10, 2016. We cleaned the computer, removed the icon. The company continued to harass for the "$600" owed for service. I called the number and they would not give full names, address, but stated company was Premium Tech Service in Henderson NV. I told them they were fradulent and stop harassing my mother. They lied and said they don’t call the clients, they call them. Which is part of the scam.
Allegedly have "canceled" the account, and said she would be credited to her account within 7-10 days. She never paid any money.
