Type of a scam Online Purchase

The company advertises jewelry and I saw a bracelet that I wanted to order. The bracelet was supposedly free and when I went to the website there was mention of an $11.00 charge for shipping. I thought that was alright, as it probably included the cost of the bracelet and the shipping. I ordered the bracelet on December 13, 2017 and received my credit card statement yesterday. The charge was on my statement, but I haven’t received the bracelet yet. I never received an email re: a tracking number and no email yet re: the bracelet being processed and/or shipped. I called my credit card company, after checking online. There was no charge showing on my account online, and the credit card company can’t find any charge, nor any description of my order. None of this feels right to me, and I’d like assistance from the BBB. The credit card company is going to contact me within the next 1-2 business days, because the charge is on the statement that I received in the mail, but they can’t see it anywhere in their system. I’ve looked at several emails on the company’s Facebook page and numerous people have reported that they never received what they ordered. Thank you for your assistance.
