Consumer called wrong number for Belk department store 800-559-6550 and scammer answered with a greeting saying "hello, we are glad you called" you have won a loyal customer award of your choice. Choose a gift card to any store or a $100 check. Then scammer asked consumer for a credit card number for a $1.99 fee for processing the reward and mailing. Consumer did not give credit card number and scammer began to get very loud and rude with the consumer.
