This mail is claiming to be from the LA Dept of Debt Recovery. Claiming I did not turn in my license plate whenIi moved out of state 14 years ago. Just notified that I owe money to the DMV. Since when do you turn in your license plate when you move out of state? And then owe the insurance compant whose coverage you then cancelled to go with another insurance company?
