lucky star Pomeranians from alanta Georgia offer a dog for $500. We sent t he moneygram for that amount. they were supposed to sent the dog on 5-6-16. we got an e-mail from flypet express (who supposedly ships the dogs) stated they need $800.00 more for a Pet City Permit. I called Maryland because pet express is located 2250 alice ave, oxen hill, MD 20745. They stated it was just a apt complex. Owned by simo idris travis–same person who owns lucky star Pomereranians. They had 179 other complaints for almost the exact same thing. FRAUD
