On 3.20.18, I saw this "Try Stronger Lashes" ad on Facebook, which advertised that I could try this product for free. All I had to pay was $7.95 for shipping. Neither the ad nor the product had any notes stating that I’d be automatically charged $149.95 in 2 weeks unless I cancelled a membership that I never approved in the first place. The $149.95 were deducted from my bank account on 4.9.18. When I called my bank, they said that they wouldn’t cancel this transaction because it was my fault for approving the first transaction and for giving them my account info. I called the company and requested return info. I mailed the product back to them and when I called on 4.23.18, a lady named Gizelle stated that they had received my package on 4.16.18 and that they had tried to complete a refund, but that my bank had declined the transaction. Gizelle explained that I should be getting a check within 7 to 10 days. I called back on 5.9.18, on 6.11.18, on 6.20.18, and on 8.7.18 and the reps continue to state that the request is still pending approval from their corporate office and that they will give me a call within 24 to 48 hours and they never do. This is a total scam and I have no idea as to how to get my money back. These people should serve time in jail until everyone who has requested a refund has received one.
