Type of a scam Employment
They said they were looking to hire me for a position at Lahey Health that was virtual. Since I had signed up for virtual job notifications through another website, I initially thought it was legitimate. They asked for my address and bank name and were going to send me a check to purchase computer equipment from a specified source that they required I use. When I asked for employment verification, they didn’t respond. I contacted Lahey Health and they couldn’t verify their employment.
