We first purchased what we thought was a ligitamate contract for Krystal Resorts, Cancun, Mexico for vacation weeks that we could sell to use as an investment. Just after purchasing them, we were back from vacation and received a call from a gentleman saying they represent Krystal as a marketing business to advertise our weeks for 2082.20 (our credit card was double charged so we ended up paying $4164.40 for the said service. The representative guaranteed us a huge return. He gave us specific amounts and when we would receive our check. We did not receive a check and then we were told per contract we had to pay a fee again to readvertise them. We have lost a lot of money and have not ever received a dime nor have we been able to use our weeks and we are at a loss of over $12,000 for the vacation weeks. This is ongoing since April 2016. Since all of this took place, I have dealt with anxiety, depression and insomnia.
