Type of a scam Online Purchase
I made an online purchase with them on January 3rd, 2017
under their shipping terms they say that handling time is 1-3 business days after which customer will receive a tracking code for the shipment and the standard shipping takes 5-10 business days. In my case it has been 11 days and they haven’t even processed my order. I’ve made a few inquiries by email but they’re not giving me a straight answer as to why they haven’t shipped my order and when. I asked to cancel my order and refund my full bill but they’re not responding to this request. I’ve read reviews of other people with the same experience thus I feel this company is a scam, especially since they’re no longer responding to my email.
