Online tracking through Lascana said arrived Dec 20th
Never arrived
Called Jan 2nd, they said they would send out a replacement scheduled to arrive Jan 5th
Never arrived
Called, they said there was a ´delay´but had no new tracking number, same tracking number and now it will arrive Jan 6th
I called Jan 6th- Never arrived, I asked for a money return, they said it was processed
Checked Jan 8th, no return to my credit card
Called my Credit card and disputed the charge.
