When I turned on my computer Feb 4/2016….2 sheescame across my lap top screen…telling me if my computerwas turned off it could go black/…microsoft..I did not feel this was right but unable to get them off my screen. I called and 149.00 later they said it was a soft ware program.they ran, from 5;14 to 12;30 A.M.In all the time they were supose to be repairing the computer…It would say tech stop tech stsrt inthe same minute.The site I found out was I had so much crap from Russia and other countries ion my computer.I am older on a fixed income so this sucks..also got a call saying the goverment was going to give me 7800.00 free. I hung up
