this company made a hard credit inquiry on me, out of the blue, I have never heard of them before. however, two days prior, I was targeted by a fake debt collection scam by hermann & associates, and I believe leigh & associates is connected to (or are) the same people. the phone number given to experian along with the inquiry was for a different company.
