For the past three to four months, we *** *** ***Â have received an overwhelming amount of phone calls from customers who are inquiring about a free government phone or in search of Assurance Wireless. The company that I work for is a wire manufacturer and by no means are we affiliated with any kind of cellular services. Numerous of times we have reached out to Life Line in hopes to fixing the situation but instead they give us the run around and bounce us around to different departments and have hung up on us, as well. Its very heartbreaking when the majority of the phone calls are from senior citizens just trying to find some kind of help and we have no answers for them.
