I purchased a pre-order of an item from this company on July 19th, with the item description indicating that it would ship in August. In the last week of August, I began emailing the company requesting an update. I have tried emailing them multiple times and calling the phone number found by Google and my bank and have never received an answer. It is now October 5th and still no item and no answer. After Googling the company, it turns out my story is not unique, and many people are warning of the same story and to not purchase from this company. The ScamPulse.com has investigated them twice since July for the same reasons.
