The website offered puppies for sale. They wanted a Moneygram for $850 before they would ship the puppies. My father sent the MoneyGram to them. After 2 days…no puppies but them the company then asked for insurance (that they had not previously mentioned this fee)…they wanted another $1580 to put the dogs on a plane. They also had him sign some kind of electronic document.
