I ordered some Christmas lights in the amount of $119.94. I contacted them via email when it was taking longer than expected to receive the product. They assured me the shipper was having trouble with their tracking system and it was affecting everyone, but not to worry it was on the way and would arrive in time for me to decorate. Then they told me it would arrive by Dec 1 or they would give me a refund if I am not happy with the product. They went silent when I contacted them Dec 2 to tell them I did not receive the product. Their website has since been abandoned.
