I was called by the Kingston Publisher’s Clearing House for Seniors and told that I had won $850,000. I spoke to Andy Goldberg, Agent who said he was in Port Washington, NY. He then said I needed to pay $850 dollars. I told him it should be free and that all I had was $17. He then asked for $250. I asked why did he need money from me and I was told "in case I get stopped at the border." I told him that if he was in the US he wouldn’t be stopped at the border. I hung up and called the BBB. Caller had an accent.
