Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased 3 items from this online boutique. After waiting 2 months for my order I started emailing them and trying to chat online with them to cancel the order. No one ever responded to my emails. There is no phone number to contact so I just kept emailing. I finally received a package and I only received two out of the three items. On top of that the clothing smelled like urine. I tried contacting again and no one responded. I went on social media to try and get a response. It wasn’t until I started commenting on their posts that someone finally messaged me back on Instagram. She told me that someone would call me to fix it and I provided her with all of my information. No one ever called. I kept messaging her and after multiple days of non stop messages she told me to stop harassing her. I told her no one ever called me to fix the problem and she told me that wasn’t her problem and to leave her alone. They have completely blocked me on social media and still refuse to fix what they did. After I purchased from this site I started getting all kinds of spam sent to my email, spam letters, and scam phone calls. I am sure they are selling customer information to other sites. Even today, over a year later, they sent me an email about a sale they are having and I told them to unsubscribe me because they are scammers. They responded and gave me a link to unsubscribe. I told them what they had done previously and once again no response. I have never been in a situation like this and I don’t understand how they aren’t shut down yet. The photo I posted is the tracking information on the item I never received.
