They say you can try their service with a one time fee, but then charge you monthly for an annual subscription. I have been trying to cancel my "annual" plan for over almost 2 years now and get zero email responses, and their phone goes to an answering machine that sounds like it is in someone’s basement
I finally just cancelled my American Express to stop the payments
There is something very fishy about this company and think its just a scam
