They told me my auto company had reached out to them so they could contact me about lowering my car insurance. I said I wasn’t interested and they said they just wanted me to get a good deal and then asked who my insurance company was. When I said my husband handles these types of things they hung up on me.

I got a call on my landline # from a company called LCN. The asked for me by name. I said, "May I ask who is calling?" She then gave me my husband’s name and asked me if I am his wife. I told her that I need to know more about her company and what the call was in reference to. She then said that she must have the wrong # and that she was sorry she bothered me.

THESE PEOPLE CALLED AND THEY ACTUALLY HAVE SOME SOME OF YOUR INFO ALREADY AT HAND, THEY TRY EXTREMELY HARD TO GAIN YOUR TRUST AND GET YOU TO VERIFY THE INFO THEY ALREADY HAVE. THEYRE BASICALLY JUST TRYING TO CONNECT THE DOTS AND GET A HIT THAT WAY. WHEN YOU START ASKING QUESTIONS SUCH AS ”WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? CAN I COME TO YOUR OFFICE? ANYTHING THAT SOUNDS AS IF YOU WANT TO PINPOINT THEM , THE START TRYING SQUIRMING A LITTLE,SAYING THAT THEY’RE IN ANOTHER STATE, BUT YET AT THE BEGINNING OF THE CALL SAYING THAT THEY’RE THE LOCAL CONTACT FOR YOUR PARTICULAR AREA. THESE PEOPLE ARE DEFINITELY NOT TO BE TRUSTED”

"Cheryl" from LCN is supposedly getting back to you regarding a car insurance quote you have asked for. She then begins to ask you questions about your insurance company, how long you’ve been with them, what make and model of cars you have, name of spouse, birthday, etc. things that would not be needed if she was getting back to you on a quote comparison. When I asked any questions it would flip back to the introductory part of "Cheryl" from LCN.
The number that appeared on my caller ID was (559) 210-0106.
LCN is suppose to stand for Loud Cloud Nine.
