Type of a scam Online Purchase
I order a pair of shoes from this website www.luglik.com . When completing my purchase . I had a problem with my credit card so I had an option of paying with PayPal. Which went through . A few hours later I went on the website and saw that this website sell everything and it seen funny . So I Google it and it came up as high risk and scam . I called PayPal. They told me they will reach out to the seller so they could provide me with a tracking for my item . Within minutes there was a tracking number and it got shipped. Within two days the item got delivered . But not to my house . Long story short this company makes you pay through PayPal. They send a package to the same city and state you live but not to your address nor your name . So when you call UPS and give them your tracking number they have to Verify your name and address and if it doesn’t match. They can not give you any information . They can’t help you. When you call PayPal. All they care is the UPS says delievery to the city and state . PayPal wouldnt even call UPS to vertify that that tracking number wasn’t send to me . There was no way to get my money back from PayPal. So I called my bank which my PayPal is connect too and they took care of the dispute. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LUGLIK.COM
